Marc Blesoff, JD Marc Blesoff, JD
Principal

Marc S. Blesoff has forged a 25 year career of providing caring, effective and understanding representation to clients. He is licensed to practice law in both Massachusetts and Illinois, and is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution, the Barnstable County Bar Association, and the Association for Conflict Resolution.

Marc earned a BA degree from Bowdoin College and a JD degree from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. He trained in Mediation at Northwestern University. He is a Mandatory Arbitration Panel chairperson for the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois.

Marc and Dorie BlesoffMarc has represented professional baseball players as an agent certified by the Major League Baseball Players Association.

Marc and his wife Dorie have three children—Jamine, Evan and Mara.

Ericka Gray

Ericka B. Gray became a professional dispute resolver in 1985 and has been a leader in the field as a mediator, arbitrator, facilitator, trainer and consultant. She has mediated thousands of cases in her various positions with JAMS, the Middlesex Multi-Door Courthouse, the Academy of Family Mediators, the Burlington County Superior Court’s (NJ) Comprehensive Justice Center, US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Department of Justice ADA Mediation Program. She has taught Mediation at Boston College Law School since 1992 and at Suffolk University Law School since 2000, and she teaches a variety of courses in dispute resolution at Northwestern University (Chicago). She is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution and the Association for Conflict Resolution, where she has held leadership positions locally and nationally.

She is an avid storm chaser, professional photographer, and licensed psychologist (PA).


 

David Blesoff

David Blesoff enjoyed a distinguished 25 year career in county government, administering community services, health and social services and budget preparation, as well as supervising staff. He taught mathematics and English to a diverse population of adult students, and for 15 years he was an independent realtor.

David graduated from Boston Latin School and received a BA degree from Bates College in psychology. He earned a Masters degree from the New York University Graduate School of Public Administration. He has trained locally with Cape Mediation, and volunteers for that organization. David is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution.

David and his wife Mina reside in Mashpee.
